The news is not the best. The yacht was supposed to be ready June of 2006, because of some changes we made to the layout of the interior in order to make it more functional. This brought the completion date to the end of September 2006.
Due to the technical difficulties and delays with this project, the builder has run over budget by at least 50%. The builder’s poor finances have also been a hindrance in the timely progress of the construction. Recognizing that the yacht is well worth the extra cost, we have decided to finance the compleation of the yacht ourselves and with indispensable help of our Italian associate Luigi Zambon, we are back on track.

The hull and deck has been ready a year now. A large part of the internal wood work is ready. The yacht started has wider and longer version of the “Lizzy 42”. The mold was modified to suit the new special requirements. The original plan was for the yacht to be capable of accommodating 8 in three cabins and the saloon area. She was also going to have three heads, one with wheel chair access.

This left very limited space for other vital areas of the yacht like the galley, chart table, storage space for all the equipment the yacht must carry and general comfort on-board. Always bearing in mind that the yacht is designed for universal use, including “wheelchair sailors”.
The changes, we have made to the design, limit the number of berths on board.
The yacht will now have two double cabins and three berths in the saloon area. The heads are now two, one of which has full wheelchair access. This uses as much space as a double cabin on most yachts. Part of the third cabin and head has been used to enlarge the galley and provide and a large storage area when the yacht is cruising or an extra berth when racing. Showers have been modified so the tray is self draining and the surfaces are all easier to clean and maintain. A holding tank will be added in the saloon behind the seating to handle the waste from both heads. The galley has been enlarged in order to offer more functionality and accessibility.

Due to the beamy aft section we have opted for twin rudders. This also means that we will reduce the rudder draft to 1.5 meters. This will not compromise the yachts sailng performance but will make mooring in the Greek harbors a lot easier. (Rocks and boulders sticking out from the under water quayside).

The yacht’s unique design features are too many to note here and they’re many more of them not fully addressed yet. If the work progresses according to plan the yacht may be ready for first sea trials September or October (2008).
She will of course need a lot of testing and final adjustments in order to function to the high standard that we have grown to expect from a yacht of this kind. Due to the larger than planed costs, we do not feel that just the charter of this yacht will cover the initial capital outlay and we will be seeking funding from sponsors wishing to help us promote the concept of “sailing for all”. The yacht will start its first sailing season as a charter, sail training and racing yacht the early of 2009.

Welcome to the Sailing Charters for All MCPY (SC4A), a unique company that aims to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of sailing. The “SC4A” owns and operates five sailing boats, “Sabaudia Prima”, “Solis Invictis”, “Hellas1-Autonomia”, “Elisa” and “Papazafs”. These sailing boats have been purpose-designed and built to enable a crew of mixed physical abilities to sail side by side on equal terms.

The “SC4A” is a Greek Marine Charter company for Pleasure Yachts (MCPY) that aims to promote the integration of able-bodied and physically disabled people through adventure sailing holidays. We welcome people from all over the world onto its three specially designed sailing boats.
Each boat is able to take a voyage crew of 8, who sail alongside our professional skippers- sailing instructors. The voyage crew is divided into able-bodied and disabled voyagers, including up to two wheelchair users. To date the “SC4A” has taken well over 1500 people to sea; over 500 of them have been disabled and nearly 50 of those have been wheelchair users. Our boats have been designed with many special features, ensuring that everyone on board is able to take a full and active part in the running of the vessel

Start Point- Destinations

Yacht charters depart from the marina of Delta Phaliro. We have many routes and destinations to choose from all ports that we visit are handicap and wheel chair friendly. Access to and from the yachts is by specially designed wheel chair friendly gangway, giving the client a unique sense of independence.

An Example of a week long Charter

Wednesday, 12.00pm.
Day 1 Departure from Delta Phaliro to Epidauros. Travel time: 3.5 hours.
We suggest a visit to the ancient theatre of Epidauros.

Day 2 Thursday, on 12.00pm. Departure from Epidauros, and sailing for an hour, before stopping for a swim at Agistri Island. A further 2 hour trip during the afternoon, will bring us to at Poros Island.

Day 3 Friday morning, after 1 hour of sailing, the yacht will stop for a swim at the Tselevinia Islands. 2 more hours of sailing in the afternoon will bring you to Hermioni; there, a walk in the forest can be arranged through an accessible path.

Day 4 Saturday morning, the destination is Spetses Island. After 2.5 hours of sailing through Spetses and Samiopoula Islands, we will stop for a swim in a magnificent gulf. In the afternoon after 2.5 hours of sailing we will arrive at Plaka Leonidiou.

Day 5 Sunday morning, 2 hours of sailing towards Porto Heli, and a stop at Chinitsa for a swim, Final destination being Hydra Island after 2 hours of sailing.

Day 6 Monday morning, 2 hours of sailing towards the ruins of the Old Russian Naval Station at Poros, a swim and 2 hours of sailing, arrival at Perdika Aeginas.

Day 7 Tuesday, sailing to Moni Island, with a lunch time barbeque on the beach, and after 2 hours of sailing in the afternoon, arrival at Athens.

As you sail you can be involved as much as you wish and can get practical tutoring on sailing. If you want further lessons then in port you can enjoy theoretical lessons on Sailing, Navigation, Safety and Weather forecasting.

People with disabilities who would like to enjoy a weeks cruise or longer will need to contact our company in order to book the week(s) they wish.

The people with disabilities who wish to participate must for a group of 5 to 8 people (with or without disabilities) and contact our company in order to book the week(s) they wish. If there is availability, they have to send a fore payment to our bank account, that will amount to half of the total cost, and the rest will be payable upon embarkation.
The receipt of the fore payment, and a form of identification (i.e. passport) will be required for the commencement of the trip. If, for any reason, the participant will not make it at the agreed day of travel, the fore payment is not refundable.
When a week is booked, the dates and the yacht chosen cannot be altered unless a mutual exchange with other participants is managed.

The groups can be composed of no less than 5 and no more than 8 participants per yacht, out of which those who need to use a wheelchair can be no more than two. Two of the three yachts in the program are also wheelchair accessible.

An alternative proposition to chartering a yacht

Generally, those who are interested in chartering a yacht from Athens in order to visit the islands of the Saronic Gulf often face:

· Arriving at the marina of Alimos on Saturday noon, among hundreds of other people who try to leave too since most charters start on Saturdays
· Being Saturday noon, most markets are closed (with the exception of grocery stores), so if something is needed to be bought, waiting until Monday is necessary
· After long waits, the trips begin on the late afternoon, so the only available destinations are the nearest islands of Aegina and Poros, which during the weekends are filled with people. Available space at the ports is limited and the local taverns struggle to satisfy the never-ending customers. This results to many groups prolonging their stay at the marina of Alimos until Sunday afternoon and begin their trips then,
· Since most charters also end on Saturday morning, around 1500-2000 yachts almost simultaneously return to the marina of Alimos. Accordingly, from Thursday afternoon, the close destinations are also cramped and unsatisfying. In other words, paying for a 7-day vacation often results to the 5 actual days of sailing.
· The first and last impressions of the vacation are those of heat, crowds and bad services
· Also, airport fees for arrival and departure in weekends cost almost double than during weekdays.

For the above reasons, our company decided to create a more efficient vacation package, in order to better satisfy customers. We offer our yachts for weekly charters that start and finish in the middle of the weeks, from Wednesday to Thursday afternoon (or Wednesday morning).

· So, our customers get to pay less for airport fees (if they arrive from abroad)
· Arriving at the closer destinations on Wednesday afternoon results in more space for staying and better service due to smaller crowds
· Arrival and departure from the marina in Athens is pleasant, since it is quiet and lots of space exists. Shopping is also more broadly available.
· During the weekend, our clients are in further away destinations who are much less crowded and this results to a better quality of trips overall.

Also, in this way, if something needs to be mended on the yachts, or if something needs to be added to the inventory or equipment, all technicians, services and stores are available, eliminating the need to “patch” things on the yachts inefficiently.

Our company, having studied the most commonly faced issued that those who charter yachts face, has decided to offer a package that aims to the best satisfaction of the customers.

Furthermore, our company has also specialized some yachts in order to satisfy the needs of people with disabilities. The usual schedule of chartering (Saturday- Friday) had been proven inefficient, as the yachts had to find accessible spots in the already crowded marinas.
So, commencing the changes to avoid such problems, we also found that the overall package quality is better for weekly charters.

So, we offer all our yachts (both the specialized ones for people with disabilities and those not) for charters that commence on Wednesday noon, in order for our customers to have the best possible quality in the vacation.

Σύνολο εξόδων 7,200 ευρώ

Έξοδα έκδοσης διπλώματος κάθε συμμετέχοντα 150 ευρώ
τα οποία θα καλύψουν τα μέλη του Ομίλου με ίδια συμμετοχή.

Τα μαθήματα κάθε γκρουπ θα διαρκέσουν 8 εβδομάδες.
Τα μαθήματα της θεωρίας θα τα πραγματοποιήσουμε σε χώρο που θα μας παραχωρηθεί από την Ε.Ι.Ο. για τον σκοπό αυτό, στο Δέλτα Φαλήρου.

Πρόκειται λοιπόν να οργανώσουμε 4 τέτοια γκρουπ ενδιαφερομένων ανθρώπων με κινητική αναπηρία, προκειμένου να μάθουν τα μυστικά της ιστιοπλοΐας ανοιχτής θάλασσας και από αυτούς θα δημιουργήσουμε ομάδα-ομάδες αθλητών για την συμμετοχή σε αγώνες ανοιχτής θάλασσας.

Σύνολο κόστους εγχειρήματος: 28,800 ευρώ.

2. Συμμετοχή σε αγώνες ανοιχτής θάλασσας με πλήρωμα αποτελούμενο από άτομα με αναπηρίες

• Αγωνιστικά πανιά και εξοπλισμός ειδικού σκάφους ανοιχτής θάλασσας 15000 ευρώ
• αγωνιστική καταμέτρηση ειδικού σκάφους 2000 ευρώ
• κόστος συμμετοχής ειδικού σκάφους σε 5 τουλάχιστον

3. έξοδα προβολής για την προσέλκυση νέων αθλητών, εθελοντών και χορηγών

Μέσα από αυτήν την διαδικασία θα επιτύχουμε να δραστηριοποιήσουμε τους ανθρώπους με αναπηρίες στην αγωνιστική ιστιοπλοΐα ανοιχτής θαλάσσης, θα αναπτυχθεί το άθλημα της αγωνιστικής ιστιοπλοΐας γενικότερα με αποτέλεσμα να προσελκυσθούν νέοι αθλητές που θα επανδρώσουν τις Παραολυμπιακές κατηγορίες, θα πετύχουμε προβολή που θα τραβήξει το ενδιαφέρον χορηγών που θα χρηματοδοτήσουν τις δραστηριότητες των επόμενων ετών, θα προσέλθουν εθελοντές που θα βοηθήσουν με τις γνώσεις και την προσφορά τους να αναπτυχθεί περισσότερο το άθλημα, και να μπουν νέοι στόχοι.

Για την ανάπτυξη του αθλητικού σωματείου ΙΣΤΙΟΠΛΟΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΟΛΟΥΣ-SAILABILITY HELLAS, χρειαζόμαστε τα εξής:

• Γραφείο
• Γραμματέα πλήρους απασχόλησης για την επικοινωνία με τα μέλη και γενικότερη γραμματειακή υποστήριξη, την (επαν-)οργάνωση δικτύου εθελοντών (μπορεί να είναι ΑμεΑ) – ίσως μερικής απασχόλησης
• Ηλεκτρονικό Υπολογιστή με τα κατάλληλα περιφερειακά – Φορητό Η/Υ - Βίντεο-προβολέα
• Χώρο φύλαξης σκαφών, που μπορεί να είναι ένα Container σε κάποιον νοικιασμένο χώρο
• Προπονητή – φροντιστή, ίσως και δεύτερο για τα ΣΚ.
• Φουσκωτό ταχύπλοο συνοδείας
• Ασφάλιση για τις δραστηριότητες – νομική κάλυψη
• Επισκευή σκαφών – συντήρηση – ανταλλακτικά (σερβομηχανισμοί – μπαταρίες-φορτιστές μπαταριών)
• Επισκευή – συντήρηση του τρέιλερ
• Απόκτηση νέων σκαφών – Στόχος οι Παραολυμπιακοί Αγώνες του Λονδίνου 2012 (τα αγωνιστικά σκάφη δεν συμμετέχουν στις επιδείξεις) – Αποστολές σε πρωταθλήματα Ευρωπαϊκά – Παγκόσμια (τους προπονητές του αγωνιστικού τμήματος θα πρέπει κανονικά να τους παρέχει η ΙΟ)
• Όχημα μεταφοράς του τρέιλερ με τα σκάφη για διεξαγωγή επιδείξεων ιστιοπλοΐας για Όλους ανά την Ελλάδα (τετρακίνητο με γερανάκι ή ράμπα για χρήστες αμαξιδίου)
• Όχημα μεταφοράς προσώπων με αναπηρία ελλείψει υποδομών στην Ελλάδα
• Έξοδα διαμονής κλπ. για τα εκτός έδρας
• Λειτουργικά έξοδα (ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα, νερό, τηλέφωνο, αναλώσιμα Η/Υ, καύσιμα για φουσκωτό, έξοδα μετακίνησης, έξοδα διοργάνωσης αγώνων, έξοδα προώθησης και επικοινωνίας [σημαίες, μπλουζάκια, καπελάκια, κονκάρδες, μαγνητάκια, αναμνηστικά διπλώματα κλπ.], διοργάνωση συνεστιάσεων με σκοπό τη σύσφιγξη των σχέσεων μεταξύ τών μελών και την προσέλκυση νέων μελών, έκδοση περιοδικού, δημιουργία ιστοθέσης κ.ά.)
• Έξοδα παράστασης-συμμετοχής σε διεθνείς συναντήσεις (το Sailability αναγνωρίζεται από την Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία, έχουμε παρευρεθεί στο YES – Europe στο Άμστερνταμ)

Η πρόταση αφορά την χορηγία ενός σκάφους αγωνιστικού, με πλήρωμα ανθρώπους με σωματικές ανικανότητες, κατά την διάρκεια της ιστιοπλοϊκής περιόδου 2007-2008.
Χρονικά αυτό μεταφράζεται σε 150 τουλάχιστον ημέρες πλεύσης, στον Σαρωνικό και στα νησιά του Αιγαίου και του Ιονίου πελάγους

Λίγα λόγια για το σκάφος:
Το HELLAS 1 AUTONOMY κατασκευάζεται στην Ιταλία, και θα παραδοθεί στην εταιρεία μας μέσα στο 2007.
Είναι ένα σκάφος one of, χειροποίητο, με προδιαγραφές αγωνιστικού σκάφους με πολύ γρήγορη γάστρα. Έχει ολικό μήκος 14 μέτρα, πλάτος 4,10μ και βύθισμα 2,40μ.
Το σκάφος κατασκευάζεται έτσι ώστε να επιτρέπει όλους τους χειρισμούς σε ανθρώπους με αναπηρία. Υπάρχουν όλες οι προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας, καθώς και πλήρη προσπελασιμότητα στα χειριστήρια του σκάφους και των πανιών.
Το σκάφος είναι ένα πρωτότυπο σκάφος, μοναδικό παγκοσμίως, και ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες για να μπορούν οι άνθρωποι με αναπηρίες (οι εμποδιζόμενοι άνθρωποι) να συμμετέχουν ισότιμα στις δραστηριότητες των θαλασσίων σπορ.
Το κόστος κατασκευής του σκάφους αυτού, καθώς και το κόστος του εξοπλισμού ανέρχεται στις 450,000 ευρώ και το κόστος λειτουργίας του σκάφους, εξόδων συντήρησης, ελλιμενισμού, ασφάλισης, προσωπικού κλπ, προϋπολογίζεται στις 65,000 ευρώ κατ έτος.

Λίγα λόγια για τους σκοπούς μας:
Η ιστιοπλοΐα, η αναψυχή και το παιχνίδι στην θάλασσα, βελτιώνουν την υγεία - τόσο την ψυχική όσο και την σωματική. Διδάσκουν σημαντικά μαθήματα ζωής για το σεβασμό, την ηγετικότητα και τη συνεργασία. Προωθούν την ισότητα για όλους και γεφυρώνουν τις διαφορές μεταξύ των ανθρώπων.
Η εταιρεία μας ασχολείται από το 2003 με την διοργάνωση ιστιοπλοϊκών εξορμήσεων με την συμμετοχή ανθρώπων με σωματικές ανικανότητες, γνωρίζοντας την θεραπευτική «κοινωνικοποιητική» αξία της αναψυχής. Στο πλαίσιο της δραστηριότητας της για τη δημιουργική αξιοποίηση του ελεύθερου χρόνου των ΑμεΑ, προσφέρει, σε συνεργασία με αθλητικούς συλλόγους και με αναγνωρισμένους εκπαιδευτές, «Ιστιοπλοϊκές Εξορμήσεις» από τον Μάιο μέχρι τον Οκτώβριο του 2007. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται με την διοργάνωση εκδρομών, με την εκπαίδευση στο άθλημα της ιστιοπλοΐας ανθρώπων με σωματικές ανικανότητες, καθώς και την συμμετοχή σε αγώνες ιστιοπλοΐας, ανταγωνιζόμενοι «στα ίσια» τα άλλα σκάφη που συμμετέχουν με πληρώματα σωματικά ικανών.
Στόχοι του προγράμματος αυτού είναι η αξιοποίηση του ελεύθερου χρόνου των ΑμεΑ, η γνωριμία με τις ελληνικές θαλάσσιες ομορφιές, η ανακάλυψη εναλλακτικών τρόπων διακοπών, η εκπαίδευση και η δημιουργία ενδιαφερόντων για την ενασχόληση τους με αθλητικές δραστηριότητες.
Οι ΑμεΑ που θα συμμετάσχουν θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν τρόπους και δυνατότητες να ξεφύγουν από την καθημερινότητα, να απαλλαγούν έστω και για λίγο από το περιβάλλον και τα εμπόδια της πόλης, αλλά και να δημιουργήσουν φιλίες και γνωριμίες, καλλιεργώντας αξίες όπως αυτές της ομαδικότητας και της άμιλλας.

Ο πρόεδρος του Sailability Hellas, Παναγιώτης Τσίγκανος είπε:
Για όποιον έχει ταξιδέψει στη θάλασσα για οποιονδήποτε λόγο, θα το έχει νοιώσει. Μα, ακόμα και μια μοναχική βόλτα στην άκρη κάποιου μόλου, θα μπορούσε να “εξηγήσει” αυτό που θέλω να πω. Η θάλασσα είναι ταξιδεύτρα: την ταξιδεύεις και σε ταξιδεύει.
Για κάποιον με σωματική αναπηρία η ιστιοπλοΐα είναι εξίσου μαγευτική εμπειρία. Επιπλέον, η ιστιοπλοΐα προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα της πλήρους ανεξαρτησίας, ακόμα και για ιστιοπλόους με πολύ ψηλή τετραπληγία σαν του λόγου μου, ως και σε τυφλούς.
Υπάρχει λοιπόν μια τεράστια (να την πω στρέβλωση; να την πω) στρέβλωση στις μέρες μας, που στο χώρο των ανθρώπων με αναπηρίες διαμορφώνει σαφώς τον κανόνα. Μιλώ για τη σύγχυση του αθλητισμού με τον πρωταθλητισμό. Πρόκειται για δύο τελείως διαφορετικά πράγματα: ο αθλητισμός έχει στο επίκεντρο τον αθλητή, ενώ ο πρωταθλητισμός τη νίκη.
Από εκεί και πέρα η αναψυχή είναι μέρος του αθλητισμού, που είναι μέρος της αναψυχής. Εκεί δημιουργείται ο πολιτισμός. Έτσι, εκτός από την ιστιοπλοΐα με μικρά σκάφη του ενός ή των δύο ή των τριών ατόμων, ο Αντώνης ο Μάγγος προσφέρει με τις προσαρμογές που έκανε στο κότερό του τη δυνατότητα σε ανθρώπους με αναπηρίες να ταξιδέψουν στην ανοιχτή θάλασσα με τη συντροφιά του κύματος και του ανέμου μόνο, με ασφάλεια για ολιγόωρα ή πολυήμερα θαλασσινά ταξίδια.
Την ίδια ακριβώς δυνατότητα προσφέρει και σε όλους τους ικανούς σωματικά…

Το πλήρωμα
Το πλήρωμα του σκάφους θα αποτελείται από ανθρώπους με αναπηρίες, οι οποίοι ήδη ασχολούνται με την ιστιοπλοΐα με μικρά σκάφη, καθώς και όσοι εκπαιδευτούν. Ήδη έχουν δηλώσει συμμετοχή όλα τα μέλη της Παραολυμπιακής ομάδας Ιστιοπλοΐας, τα μέλη του Sailability Hellas, καθώς και αθλητές με αναπηρίες που δεν είχαν μέχρι τώρα ασχοληθεί με αυτό το άθλημα, αλλά επιθυμούν να το κάνουν.
Στο πλήρωμα μας υπάρχει δυο τετραπληγικοί αθλητές, δυο παραπληγικοί (όλοι χρήστες αναπηρικών αμαξιδίων) καθώς και αθλητές με ακρωτηριασμό και σκλήρυνση κατά πλάκας καθώς και αθλητές με προβλήματα όρασης και ακοής.
Ο στόχος μας είναι να συμμετάσχουμε επί ίσοις όροις σε αγώνες ανοιχτής θάλασσας. Στο σκάφος, εκτός των προδιαγραφών προσβασιμότητας, υπάρχει όλος ο απαραίτητος εξοπλισμός που θα διευκολύνει τους σκοπούς μας, ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα εξής:
• Roller ασύμμετρο μπαλόνι
• Roller self tacking genoa
• Full batten μαΐστρα
• Ηλεκτρικά βιντζιρέλα
• Ηλεκτρογεννήτρια για φόρτιση αμαξιδίων ή τεχνητών μελών
• Ανάγλυφη πυξίδα

Προβολή
Από τις μέχρι τώρα δραστηριότητες μας με τα άλλα σκάφη μας (ΣΟΛΙΣ ΙΝΒΙΚΤΙΣ-SABAUDIA PRIMA) που έχουν προδιαγραφές προσβασιμότητας, έχουμε ήδη τύχει μεγάλης προβολής στα ΜΜΕ.
Ήδη έχουμε προβληθεί σε πολλές ιστοσελίδες διεθνών οργανισμών (ενδεικτικά αναφέρω την Παγκόσμια Ιστιοπλοϊκή Ομοσπονδία, την Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία Ιστιοπλοΐας για ΑμεΑ κλπ), σε περιοδικά ( Yachting World, Yacht, Yachts Motors and Sailing, κλπ) και σε εφημερίδες.
Με την έλευση του καινούργιου σκάφους, η προβολή του/των χορηγών θα αρχίσει από το ταξίδι του σκάφους προς την Ελλάδα. Το θέμα θα καλυφθεί και στα ΜΜΕ της Ιταλίας. Ήδη το προηγούμενο καλοκαίρι φέραμε έναν προπομπό, το Sabaudia Prima, το οποίο καλύφθηκε από μεγάλες εφημερίδες (ενδεικτικά αναφέρω τα ΝΕΑ και την Ελευθεροτυπία) από ελληνικά και ξένα περιοδικά του χώρου της Ιστιοπλοΐας και της αναπηρίας, προβλήθηκε σε κρατικά και ιδιωτικά τηλεοπτικά κανάλια (NET, PRISMA PLUS, κεντρικό δελτίο Ειδήσεων του ΣΚΑΙ, από τον ΑΛΦΑ, τον ΣΤΑΡ κλπ) καθώς και πολλές εφημερίδες της Ιταλίας και σε Ιταλικά τηλεοπτικά δίκτυα. Μεγάλη προβολή έγινε και κατά την επιστροφή του σκάφους στην Ιταλία.

Σε συνεργασία με διεθνή clubs και οργανισμούς, θα κάνουμε και άλλες εκδηλώσεις, για παράδειγμα θα διοργανώσουμε καταδύσεις για ανθρώπους με αναπηρίες.

Το HELLAS 1 AUTONOMY έχει ήδη τύχει μεγάλης προβολής κατά το 2007.

• Μετά την άφιξη του σκάφους, θα υπάρξει θύελλα προβολής στην Ελλάδα αλλά και παγκοσμίως.

ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ ΠΡΟΣ ΤΟΝ ΧΟΡΗΓΟ
• Λογότυπα
Λογότυπα του χορηγού όπου προβλέπεται από την εθνική αρχή του αθλήματος (ΕΙΟ) στα πανιά, στην μάτσα, στο κάλυμμα του σκάφους, στην γάστρα.
• Εμφάνιση πληρώματος
Το πλήρωμα σε κάθε του εμφάνιση πάνω στο σκάφος θα φοράει ομοιόμορφη εμφάνιση, με το λογότυπο του χορηγού. Με αυτήν την εμφάνιση θα παρίσταται στους αγώνες, σε κάθε ταξίδι εκπαιδευτικού χαρακτήρα, αλλά και σε κάθε επίσημη εμφάνιση.
• Ονομασία σκάφους
Το σκάφος θα μετονομαστεί σε «χορηγός-hellas 1» ώστε σε κάθε αναφορά στο σκάφος θα προβάλλεται άμεσα ο χορηγός
• Δημιουργία site
H ονομασία του site θα είναι www.horigos-Hellas1.com
Χώρος για τα banners του/των χορηγών
Θα υπάρχει σχετικό banner στην αρχική σελίδα των sites www.sailing4all.com & www.disabledsailingholidays.com

Ενημέρωση για τις δραστηριότητες του σκάφους και τα αποτελέσματα των αγώνων.
Βιογραφικά πληρώματος-κυβερνήτη
• Έντυπα
Σε όλα τα έντυπα, προσπέκτους, δελτία τύπου, κάρτες κλπ θα υπάρχει μνεία στον χορηγό
• Δημιουργία cd με φωτογραφίες
Μέσα σε ένα δεκαήμερο από την προσθήκη των λογοτύπων πάνω στο σκάφος, θα δημιουργηθεί cd με 100 τουλάχιστον φωτογραφίες υψηλής ανάλυσης, προκειμένου να υπάρχει υλικό για την αποστολή δελτίων τύπου.
• Δημιουργία dvd
Σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα θα δημιουργηθεί dvd το οποίο θα γίνει upload στο site, από επαγγελματία σκηνοθέτη, το οποίο θα παρουσιάζει το σκάφος, τις προδιαγραφές προσβασιμότητας και την χρήση του σκάφους. • Συνεντεύξεις τύπου-εκθέσεις
Σε περίπτωση που ο χορηγός επιθυμεί να διοργανώσει συνέντευξη τύπου ή να συμμετέχει σε Ναυτικά σαλόνια ή άλλες εκθέσεις, ή και να παρουσιάσει το σκάφος, μέλη της ομάδας θα παρευρεθούν στις προσυμφωνημένες ημερομηνίες
• Outdoor
Εκτός όλων των παραπάνω, το ίδιο το σκάφος λειτουργεί σαν κινητή διαφήμιση, σε κάθε λιμάνι, σε κάθε ταξίδι, σε κάθε προπόνηση θα προβάλλεται ο χορηγός. Στο αυτοκίνητο που μεταφέρει την ομάδα ( ΦΙΑΤ DUCATO που μεταφέρει μέχρι 2 χρήστες αναπηρικών αμαξιδιων και 5 επιπλέον επιβάτες) θα υπάρχει επίσης το λογότυπο του χορηγού. Η ιδιαιτερότητα του σκάφους μαγνητίζει τα βλέμματα σε κάθε λιμάνι, ακόμα και όταν στέκεται, και θα υπάρχουν πάντα σημαίες με το λογότυπο του χορηγού.
• Corporate sailing
Ανάμεσα στις παροχές του χορηγούμενου σκάφους, είναι και η εκμάθηση των βασικών αρχών της ιστιοπλοΐας σε ομάδες εργαζομένων του χορηγού, εφ όσον υπάρχει ανάλογο ενδιαφέρον. Επίσης μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν και σε κάποιους αγώνες, εφ όσον δεν υπερβαίνουμε το επιτρεπόμενο βάρος. Οι λεπτομέρειες και οι ημερομηνίες του προγράμματος αυτού θα καθοριστούν κατόπιν συνεννόησης, για να μην επηρεάσουν το υπόλοιπο πρόγραμμα του σκάφους.

ΚΟΣΤΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΧΟΡΗΓΙΑΣ

• Αποκλειστικός χορηγός

• Χορηγός επικοινωνίας

Αποκλειστικός χορηγός

Το κόστος για αποκλειστική χορηγία ανέρχεται στις 65,000 ευρώ και περιλαμβάνει όλες τι πιο πάνω προσφορές. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα διετούς χορηγίας, με συνολικό κόστος 110,000 ευρώ.

Για τα πιο πάνω ποσά, θα εκδοθούν επίσημα φορολογικά παραστατικά, τα οποία επιβαρύνονται επί πλέον με τον αναλογούντα ΦΠΑ.

Βασικός χορηγός

Το κόστος για βασική χορηγία ανέρχεται στις 35,000 ευρώ. Σε διετή χορηγία, το κόστος συνολικά ανέρχεται στις 50,000 ευρώ.
Ο Βασικός χορηγός θα απολαμβάνει όλων των πιο πάνω, εκτός της ονομασίας του σκάφους σε «χορηγός-hellas1» και μοιραστεί την προβολή με τον ή τους υποστηρικτές. Δεν θα δικαιούται επίσης την προσφορά του Corporate sailing.

Για τα πιο πάνω ποσά, θα εκδοθούν επίσημα φορολογικά παραστατικά, τα οποία επιβαρύνονται επί πλέον με τον αναλογούντα ΦΠΑ.

Υποστηρικτής

Το κόστος του υποστηρικτή ανέρχεται στις 20,000 ευρώ, και για διετή χορηγία στις 30,000 ευρώ συνολικά.
Ο υποστηρικτής θα προβάλλεται μαζί με τον βασικό χορηγό, αλλά με μικρότερο λογότυπο, με μικρότερες σημαίες. Θα προβάλλεται πάνω στα πανιά και στην μάτσα του σκάφους, αλλά όχι πάνω στην γάστρα του σκάφους. Ο υποστηρικτής μπορεί να είναι προμηθευτής υλικών αντίστοιχης αξίας.

Για τα πιο πάνω ποσά, θα εκδοθούν επίσημα φορολογικά παραστατικά, τα οποία επιβαρύνονται επί πλέον με τον αναλογούντα ΦΠΑ.

Χορηγός επικοινωνίας

Χορηγός επικοινωνίας μπορεί να αναλάβει κάποιο τηλεοπτικό δίκτυο ή δημοσιογραφικός οργανισμός. Οι όροι αυτής της χορηγίας θα καθοριστούν κατόπιν συμφωνίας.

Αθλητικές χορηγίες, γιατί?

Οι αθλητικές χορηγίες προσφέρουν πολλές και καλές δυνατότητες διαφοροποίησης της προβολής προϊόντων ή προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών. Δημιουργούν οδούς επικοινωνίας με συγκεκριμένες ομάδες καταναλωτών που είναι αδύνατον να επιτευχθούν με άλλους συμβατικούς τρόπους. Επιτυγχάνουν ευκολότερα την δημιουργία ενός κλίματος εμπιστοσύνης και αξιοπιστίας με το προϊόν ή με τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες.

Ο αθλητισμός από μόνος του είναι ισχυρό μέσο προβολής, διότι αξιωματικά έχει πρόσβαση στα ΜΜΕ και στον ειδικό τύπο. Τέλος οι αθλητικές χορηγίες, προβαλλόμενες σωστά, προσφέρει μια πολύ καλή βάση για συμμετοχικές διαδικασίες μέσα στην ίδια την εταιρεία, αφού ενώνουν τους εργαζόμενους σε υγιείς κοινούς στόχους.

Γιατί το Hellas 1?

To Hellas 1 είναι ένα μοναδικό σκάφος στον κόσμο, που προσφέρει την δυνατότητα σε ανθρώπους με σοβαρές αναπηρίες και σους εμποδιζόμενους, να συμμετάσχουν και να ανταγωνιστούν στα ίσα τα άλλα σκάφη και τα πληρώματα με ικανούς σωματικά. Είναι μοναδικό σκάφος που προσφέρει την δυνατότητα σε ανθρώπους με αναπηρίες να δουλέψουν ομαδικά, να μάθουν ιστιοπλοΐα, να απολαύσουν τις χαρές της θάλασσας και του υπέροχου αυτού αθλήματος.

Από την φύση της αυτή η δραστηριότητα, θα προσελκύσει την προσοχή του τύπου, ειδικού και μη, θα προσελκύσει την προσοχή όλου του κόσμου, και θα προβάλλεται ο χορηγός για την κοινωνική του προσφορά.

Ήδη στον χώρο των αγωνιστικών σκαφών οι περισσότερες μεγάλες εταιρείες βοηθούν την ανάπτυξη του αθλήματος με τις χορηγίες τους. Η προβολή που θα πετύχει ο χορηγός του Hellas 1 θα είναι σαφώς μεγαλύτερη λόγω τις ιδιαιτερότητας της δραστηριότητας του σκάφους αυτού.
